*By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to the following terms. If you have any problems with any of the conditions below, you can contact me so we can come to an agreement. I am willing to answer any questions!

✶ PAYMENT & REFUND ✶

★ all transactions are made through PAYPAL INVOICE or WISE. prices are in $USD.★ payment is taken fully up front and work on your commission won't begin until paid for.★ refunds are only accepted if i have not yet sent the initial sketch.★ the price can change depending on the complexity of the art.★ in the sketch fase, you can change the artwork as many times as you want, but after that a fee will be charged for big changes (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made).

✶ COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY ✶

i am allowed to:
⟡ use the art to promote my work.⟡ display it everywhere to my liking (social media, portfolio, etc.).if you prefer the commission to be private and not posted anywhere, you need to let me know beforehand, otherwise i will understand that i am allowed to post.the buyer is allowed to:
⟡ use the commissioned piece for personal use. (you can use it on all your social media profiles).⟡ print the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.the buyer is NOT allowed to:
⟡ resell the art or use commercially (valid for personal commissions).⟡ claiming the artwork as your own.⟡ print it for resale (unless the rights fee has been paid).⟡ removing my signature from the artwork.⟡ altering the artwork without my consent.

✶ COMMERCIAL USE ✶

★ the commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand.★ will be charged a one-time fee of 100% of the total price (double the total price).★ it can be used for: printing, merchandise, album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations, etc.

✶ MORE ✶

★ as soon as it is ready, i will send a high resolution image to you via drive or email.★ if you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.★ i give myself the right to refuse any commission request ifi’m not comfortable doing it or feel like it’s out of my ability range.★ some arts may take months to complete, but i will always do my best to update you on the progress of the art whenever i can.★ in the case of a commission with other people you’ve cut ties
with and the time limit for refund has passed, you can change
the commission idea/characters in it.★ i will not reproduce other artists’ style, i can only use it as a reference, but it will always be in my style.★ i don't autorize my work to be used for comercial purpouses or any type of selling if not agreed beforehand.★ i don't work with physical products.★ i don't get involved with NFT or AI art.
